That's a nice looking grill. I haven't seen on e like that before. It looks a little like the honeycomb grill for the Chargers. Nice job.

As soon as we get better pics, I will post.
This is very thick expanded alum. It's molded then powder coated (any color). Then the trademark accent, they sand off the paint exposing the shiny alum. (only at the high ridges) then they clear coat the whole thing.
It is absolutely bad a$$.

Could that be powder coated any color or do they have to be black?

The standard is black. But, any color can be done at additional cost...
